SEAIRSPORTS
was formed in 1994 by Andy & Alicia Wagle, from an idea
that was presented to them from a follow paddler with a common
paddling dilemma. The dilemma, back soreness from inadequate
support, deriving from poorly designed back rests.
With this mind, Andy designed the flagship of SEAIRSPORTS,
the Superior. The maximum in comfort. At 20" in height,
providing superior support to both the upper and lower back.
Utilizing this ergonomic design, we now have a collection
of Backrests that are unsurpassed in design, performance and
innovation. With each seat reflecting the highest standards
in materials and craftsmanship.
SEAIRSPORTS design team is led by Andy Wagle. A three time
America’s Cup Sailmaker, with 22 years experience in
design, production and engineering. From this extensive
knowledge Andy has been able to bring innovated concepts to
the world of kayaking, he has always encouraged the customers
to offer suggestions and comments. The results have
enabled him to continually improve the products and set standards
of excellence.
Alicia Blackington-Wagle, joined SEAIRSPORTS in 1995 as the
Director of Sales and Marketing, after a successful career
in Real Estate and Corporate Housing. Alicia’s
background in sales and marketing has been beneficial in promoting
SEAIRSPORTS. One of Alicia’s marketing philosophy
for SEAIRSPORTS is “Comfort, Comfort, Comfort.
Because the right accessories can make an immense difference
in your paddling pleasure.” Through her marketing
plan, she has established SEAIRSPORTS as a leader in
the paddlesport's industry for innovated design and products.
Today, Seairsports is a wholly owned subsidiary of Danuu, LLC. Danuu
brought to the kayak and canoe paddling community their ever
popular Danuu Kayak & Canoe Covers. Danuu continues
Seairsports in the same tradition of personal service and quality
products.
